Who We Are

Mommy and Me is a nonprofit built from real life struggle, created to walk alongside single parents who are doing their best with little to no support.
Rooted in love, culture, and resilience, we provide hands-on help with everyday needs like meals, laundry, rides, and childcare support because we know it’s not about convenience, it’s about survival.

This mission comes from my own journey.
I became a single parent at 18 young, overwhelmed, and thinking I had to do it all alone. Looking back, I realize there were people who cared… I just didn’t know how to ask, or I didn’t feel worthy of the help that was there.

Now, I see my daughter walking a similar road. And this time, I want to be the person who makes sure no parent misses out on the support that could change everything.

We’re not here to enable. We’re here to empower.
To show up in ways that matter. To build the village many parents don’t realize they already deserve it.
